Terms of use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This text is a draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
By using Aido you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short, but we still recommend reading them.
The service
Aido is a planning tool that helps you set up your day. The agent’s suggestions are just that, suggestions; you always have the final say over your plan. Aido is not a medical device, doesn’t diagnose and doesn’t recommend treatment.
Your account
You can start using the app anonymously. An anonymous account lives only on that device; if you delete the app without linking an account, your data may be lost. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Free and Pro
The free plan includes manual planning and one AI plan per day. Pro is purchased through the App Store, renews automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices and refunds follow App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to overload it with automated tools and not to try to access other people’s accounts. We may temporarily limit AI usage that goes beyond fair use.
Your content
Your tasks and plans belong to you. You only grant us the permission needed to process them in order to provide the service.
Liability
We provide the service with care and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions you make based on the agent’s suggestions or from the service being temporarily unavailable.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will let you know about significant changes in advance. You can delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence remain unaffected.
